I just signed up, why do I already have friends?
Rateometer will randomly assign 1 friend during your signup process. However, you are not required to keep them as your friends or communicate with them. You may delete them at any time.

What is My World?
My World is a quick graphical representation of who you are. You simply choose a graphic from each of the six categories OR you can enter the path/URL of your own images. Go to

How can I add comments to profiles/photos?
You can add comments in two ways. One, you can add comments onto a members profile by scroll to the bottom of their profile and clicking on Add Comment. Two, you can add comments to a specific member photo by clicking on Post a Comment beneath their photo.

Go to
Add/Manage Photos and click on the UPLOAD button (red button). Then, find the photo by clicking on browse, then click on the Upload Photos link. To upload multiple photos simultaneously, click on Add New Upload as many times needed.
HINT: Avoid using file names with symbols (ie. !, &, #, etc.).

First upload your photos. The left side will contain all of your photos. The right side are photos that are displayed on this site. Simply drag and drop photos from left to right.

Successfully updated photos are displayed on the left side on the photo management page. In order to display your photos, you must drag and drop photos from left to right.

We use a consistent thumbnail size of all photos throughout the website and photos are cropped to fit that size. However, when members click to see a larger view, the original photo is displayed. If too much of the photo is cut-off, our team will modify your photo.

If you'd like to remove a photo from being displayed from the site, simply click on the "x" on top of the image on the right side. If you'd like to delete the image from our server, simply drag the image on the left side to the trash bin.

Yes, if you participate in abusive and/or fictitous activity, you will lose the gold you've earned. In come cases, you can lose more, we reserve the right to deduct gold for bad behavior.

Login to your account and click on the "Manage My Photos" link. If you've already uploaded photos, simply click on "Add to Rating" (located below images) on the image that you'd like rated. If you haven't uploaded any images, upload your photo then follow the previous instructions.

Yes! Being rated is an optional feature. By default, this setting is turned off. To be a featured member however, rating is required.

No! All of the services offered to members and visitors are absolutely FREE. Rateometer will be supported solely by advertising.

Any member can be featured; however, in order to become a featured member there are few requirements that need to be met:
Must be at least 16 years of age to be featured
Must have a high quality photo
Must have turned on rating function (willing to be rated)
Must be an active member
